We make every effort to display our products, including colors, sizing, and framing details, as accurately as possible. However:

Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing/description errors at any time

04 Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your location for convenience, but all payments are processed and settled in South African Rand (ZAR). The amount charged to your card may vary slightly from the displayed price due to exchange rates and conversion fees applied by your bank or card provider
Prices are subject to change without notice
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout (card, and any other listed providers)
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — if this happens after payment, you will receive a full refund

05 Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Apparel and select print-on-demand products are manufactured and shipped on our behalf by Printful. Delivery times for these items may differ from our framed art prints, as they are produced individually once an order is placed rather than shipped from existing stock.

06 Returns & refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our separate Refund & Return Policy, available on our website. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined there.

All content on this site, including product designs, photography, logos, the TONK brand, and written copy, is the property of Fun Times Always Last or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Certain artwork featured on our products, including the Mona Lisa, is in the public domain and not owned by Fun Times Always Last. While the underlying artwork is free to use, our specific product presentation, framing, photography, and branding around it remain our property and may not be copied or resold.

Some apparel sold through our store is produced via Printful, our print-on-demand manufacturing partner, on blank garments from third-party brands such as Under Armour and Champion. These brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Their availability as blank apparel does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by those brands, and any custom designs we apply remain the property of Fun Times Always Last.

08 Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
Interfere with the site's security, functionality, or availability
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an order

Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

If you have a concern about an order, a charge, or anything related to your experience with us, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Most issues can be sorted out quickly without needing a formal dispute.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed with your bank or card provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to provide order and communication records to the relevant payment processor as evidence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), without regard to conflict of law principles. Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love what you ordered — if something isn't right, here's how we can help.

01 Order issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at refunds@funtimesalwayslast.store with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item (and packaging, if damaged in transit)
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, at no extra cost to you.

02 Change of mind returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging (where applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.

03 Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage or defect:

  • Framed art prints (e.g. the Mona Lisa Poster) — once unwrapped and confirmed in good condition, these are final sale due to the nature of framed goods
  • Digital products / ebooks — all sales are final, as these are delivered instantly
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance at time of purchase

04 How to start a return

  1. Email refunds@funtimesalwayslast.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll confirm whether your item is eligible and provide return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement

05 Refund processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error

06 Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card issuer — processing time can vary
  3. Still missing? Email us and we'll look into it
